Serious Sam 3 helpline open for 'wussy' G

In what's surely a dig at Epic's Gears of War series, a Serious Sam 3: BFE helpline operator has been hired to assist players who might struggle with its "No cover. All man" mantra (note: we think this is a joke). Calm down Gears fans. His name is Rich Knuckles. How can you hate a guy called Rich Knuckles? In an amusing little video, Knuckles deals with all kinds of gaming qualms such as not being able to carry two guns in "other games", not having enough friends for multiplayer and... the discomfort of soiling yourself."I'm already fielding all sorts of calls from shooter fans wondering where all the conveniently placed barricades and random concrete walls are in Serious Sam 3: BFE," says Knuckles. "Most of these guys have gotten soft from years of crouching behind cover, picking off one or two approaching enemies as they make their way through missions. It's pathetic."Devolver Digital CFO Fork Parker weighed in with this important addition: "I hope we are outsourcing these help line operators to save some cash. Use one of those Eastern European countries where the girls have perfect asses and sexy accents. You know, like Brazil."Have a gander:Have a look at the latest Serious Sam 3: BFE gameplay trailer to see more over the top antics. Tom Pakinkis

New budget PSP aimed at youngsters, says

Sony has said the budget PSP model revealed at GamesCom last month will be targeted at a "very young" audience. Set to launch this autumn for €99, the PSP E-1000 lacks wi-fi capabilities but will offer access to the full catalogue of PSP software either on UMD or from the PlayStation Store via Media Go."You will see the audience skew younger," Sony Computer Entertainment Europe boss Jim Ryan told MCV. "At €99/£89 it will make a great Christmas gift. It's a device to play UMD games. It's all for the audience."If we are going to take PSP very young - teens and much younger - they are happy to just play the game. If taking wi-fi out is the price to pay, we're happy to. The €99 price tag is a real barrier that we've got under which will help us lift off."Sony is offering discounts on 100 digital PSP titles this month as part of the PSP Power Sale promotion. Square responds to Deus Ex 'racist' contr

Square Enix has responded today to reported racial controversy surrounding a character in its latest sci-fi stunner, Deus Ex: Human Revolution. Despite gaining widespread praise for its excellence, the game has apparently come under the spotlight today for allegations of inappropriate racial stereotyping in regards to an African-American character in the game - an NPC known as Letitia the Trash Lady. Lead character Adam Jenson encounters the woman digging through bins in the street before she asks him for money in what's being referred to as 'slave-era dialect' (video below). Square has issued an official response to GamesRadar in response to questioning over the matter: "Deus Ex: Human Revolution is a fictional story which reflects the diversity of the world's future population by featuring characters of various cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds," said Square. "While these characters are meant to portray people living in the year 2027, it has never been our intention to represent any particular ethnic group in a negative light."Read this praising Deus Ex: Human Revolution review to find out what really matters - why you need to buy it right now. Lord of the Rings Online - You Shall Not

 。

Crafting in LOTRO is vast. You can choose to specialize in all manner of different vocations; depending on your playing style and how committed you want to be with creating, using and selling items. Harvesting professions enable you to gather resources from Middle-Earth itself, putting them to good use in other areas of expertise.  Choose to become a farmer and your produce will be sought after in the cook profession, or you can be a little more traditional and craft weapons and armour for yourself and other players.。

 。

With news that the games profits had more or less tripled, its conversion to the love-it-or-hate-it cash shop model was a resounding success. Not only did it breathe new life into the game, it dawned on many other publishers that free-to-play is a viable option in supporting their increasingly derelict virtual worlds. The Lord of the Rings Online is here to stay, but how does its new funding dynamic affect the most important part of any MMO, the gameplay?。

Lord of the Rings Online is still one of the big Western MMORPGs. I wasn’t sure if the free-to-play re-launch would upset the balance of the game, but it’s seemed to have breathed new life into it. Free players get a considerable chunk of content for what was once a premium game, meaning you can have hours of adventuring before the incentive to drop several dollars on extra content becomes warranted. The much-heralded Monster Play PVP may be reserved for paying players (for now), but there’s still a lot to sink your teeth into in this award-winning use of Tolkien’s mystical works.。

 。

 。

 。

There’s a lot to see and a lot to do in Middle-earth, and any fan of Tolkien’s vast lore will have an absolute hoot roaming the fields of Turbine’s design.  Free players are welcomed with open arms, and they get a fair chunk of content without paying a dime. All four races are available (man, dwarf, hobbit and elf) in addition to seven of the nine classes. From there, it’s pretty much up to you. Traditional but refined, the beginning stages of your journey into Middle-earth are story driven introductions that help you get to grips with the game. Any MMO player will feel very comfortable controlling their character and performing abilities, everything is very fluid and very natural.。

The Lord of the Rings Online is an interesting game. Unlike many of its peers, it isn’t an MMO that plotted to overthrow the market leader nor was it forgotten about a mere six months after release. LOTRO has always been there, gleefully welcoming new subscribers whilst providing a steady stream of content to those who already inhabit its servers. The game was well-received upon its release way back in 2007, and player numbers have been more or less good – or as good as they can be in the P2P market. Not content with this, Turbine, Inc. announced last year that the game was stepping out of its Shadows of Angmar and going free-to-play. The first major Western MMO to do so, but definitely not the last.。

 。

 。

 。

 。

 。

This high shine has come from its three years as a P2P title, funded by reoccurring subscriptions.  It is stable, polished and gracefully aged. LOTRO follows the tried and tested methods of MMO progression and adventure, so there isn’t a lot of innovation to be found. If you aren’t a fan of World of Warcraft or RIFT, Lord of the Rings is unlikely to change your mind.。

 。

 。

 。

Those who aim to stick solely on the free side of the fence may become frustrated as they climb through the levels. A lot of quests have been sorted into Quest Packs, reserved for the paying adventurer; meaning freeloaders may struggle (or get bored) of grinding to advance. Luckily free players do get access to two Skirmishes, instanced group encounters, to help spruce things up. One has players defending against waves of enemies, whilst the other tasks you with fronting an assault. It’s a great idea and one that works well. Both are great fun.。

Neil Kewn (Murxidon) - OnRPG Journalist。

What LOTRO lacks in originality it makes up for in atmosphere. It’s one of the few MMORPGs that manage to conjure a real sense of fantasy and wonder. Beautiful art direction makes exploring a truly engrossing activity. From quant old English towns to vast snowy mountains, the world of Middle-earth is an attractive and varied landscape. Even today, LOTRO is a great looking game that is kind to lower-end systems.。

 。

 。

 。

With reoccurring subscriptions now optional, a cash shop has made its way into Middle-Earth to help support the free side of the game. Using Turbine Points, players can invest in virtual goods that benefit their characters both aesthetically and practically. The LOTRO Store, as it is known, is jam packed with items (including the game’s two critically acclaimed expansion packs). Purchasing any item from the store automatically upgrades your account to Premium status, unlocking an increase in the gold cap and an additional character slot. Players who want to see everything the game has to offer can subscribe to the VIP service, similar to the monthly payments that supported the game previously but with 500 free Turbine points a month.。

As it doesn’t attempt to rewrite the formula, gaining experience and levelling is a pretty standard affair. Questing is your first port of call, with numerous NPCs in the many towns, villages and settlements all in need of assistance. The tasks given to you aren’t particularly original or challenging from the outset, with kill-x-of-beast and delivery quests making an appearance, but it’s all tied together within a narrative taken straight from the tales. Whilst there are standard, throwaway quests to spend time on there’s also important, story quests signified by a flaming ring over the quest givers head. These adventures aren’t just an interesting diversion, they aim to tell a story and you will no doubt bump into a few familiar characters on your travels. They’re fun and an excellent way to bring depth to the world.

CoD-style development 'has been huge' for

Although the Need for Speed games have still been coming in thick and fast lately, Black Box has actually been working on new entry The Run for a number of years. In an interview with CVG EA Black Box's Jason DeLong, who is also senior producer on The Run, was asked how important breaking out of the yearly cycle was to the development team.He replied by calling the move a huge step that allows Black Box to take the necessary steps to ensure The Run is the highest quality product it can be."It was huge for us and I think that was the great thing the company recognised, Black Box was doing Need for Speed year over year between Underground, Underground 2, Most Wanted and so on," he said."At a certain point when you have to put these games out year after year you don't have time to reinvest in yourself, neither in your team or your technology," he explained.DeLong went on to praise EA for recognising that the extra time is a necessity by adopting "a split studio development, similar to what Activision did with Call of Duty and Treyarch and Infinity Ward".In the same interview DeLong also said he believes that the decline in the racing game genre were not helped by 'innovations'. Rollercoaster Tycoon rolling to 3DS - fir

Atari/Namco Bandai has confirmed the revival of theme park building sim Roller Coaster Tycoon, which is winging its way to 3DS next year. We remember playing Theme Park for hours on our Super Nintendos, but if you were more into PC gaming in the late '90s you might remember the brilliant Rollercoaster Tycoon. The full 3D theme park sim, which has sold 11 million units since its release in 1999, lets you build a full theme park an almost overwhelming number of options and a deep rollercoaster customisation tool. Then put on your business hat and manage every aspect of your park's finances until you're successful enough to move on to the next country and do it all again. Rollercoaster Tycoon 3D contains a new 'Coaster Story' mode, which promises to "blend together tutorials and park challenges into a cohesive and entertaining narrative".According to Atari: "Choose your own player character and set off on a journey around the world to expand your roller coaster empire. As you progress, you'll unlock tons of unique attractions, themes, amenities and more."The game will also have a 'Park Sandbox' mode which lets you jump in and just build a park. You'll also be able to share your park via the 3DS' "advanced networking capabilities" - whether this means StreetPass and/or full online functionality is unclear. The game's in development at n-Space - the team often responsible for DS versions of blockbuster games such as the Call of Duty series, Goldeneye 007 and Star Wars: The Force Unleashed. It's set to launch in a vague '2012'. Check out the first trailer below: Mike Jackson

Aranock Review Powerful Game-Play

By Kei Beneza (Dividelife), Onrpg writer Astonia, Astonia v2 or mercenaries of Astonia as it was also known was a MMORPG game developed in the late 90's (is now closed), it was an immensely popular free online role playing game (MMORPG), with a fan base that’s well over 16 years old. Aranock is a clone of Astonia v2 with many improvements to carry on its legacy as a great game for everyone to enjoy!
-Aranock Online Aranock online is a free to play (F2P) MMORPG that carries on the legacy of the old game “Mercenaries of Astonia V2”. Trying to rekindle the flames of the fossilized game, this doppelganger has improved its peg in various ways such as the gameplay and of course the meta. It's really nice (if not surprising) to see a game that carries another game's legacy. It is kind of sad to see an MMO game close down. I guess Mercenaries of Astonia was pretty lucky to have their legacy passed down to the next generation.
The world is rather polygonal and is mostly composed of blank spaces due to your character's line of sight. You won’t be able to see anything other than the room or area that you are in. When it comes to the game's frame-rate, I'd say it's quite comparable to the first SIMs game if ever you were playing it under the requirements.
The graphics are really poor when compared to our modern MMOs. The characters are polygonal without the slightest bit of detail. You're basically stuck with nothing more than a couple of characters that look like 3d versions of the “karateka” models back then during the NES era.
So why play this game? What makes it really good anyway? Have I not stated enough reasons for one not to play this game? Not really, the game has some really cool features as well.
Since this was based off an old game,  I would say that the powerful influence of nostalgia would drive anyone to play this game. Mercenaries of Astonia fans are still on a slump due to the unforeseen disaster that is of course the game's untimely demise.
You can tell the game's graphic capability just by looking at the site. Nothing fancy there... no flash “clickables” or even the slightest things like screenshots and wallpapers.
There are some useful information on this site however, like a fine list of items and of course their corresponding abilities and compatibility. The stat arrangement kind of reminds me of the old Dungeons & Dragons ™ game. With the pluses and stat requirements, this game is really a key for hitting up a couple of stuff that are usually buried in your memories by now. The site also gives you a decent list of monsters complete with descriptions and where to find them. Visiting the site without a doubt would help you out on your journey.

One thing that surprised me is the game's lack of spells. Of course it is pretty much obvious that spell casters can be found in these type of games. It's a bit of a letdown if you're looking at it through that perspective. Then again, not making mages complete makes them cooperate better when it comes to helping others. Probably a good way for them to know their place in combat.  I was surprised after realizing that other classes can be used after performing certain conditions. Seyans for example, can only be used after you've defeated the gatekeeper. There's a decent list of classes or races in the game. There are also their enhanced versions which you can use as you progress throughout the game.  You can also get a couple of items that enhances your character's capabilities. Scrolls, as they are called can give you a permanent boost to your stat depending on what kind of magic scroll you're using. These rare items can also act as tomes from where you can learn spells and other skills as well. There are also equipments that greatly compliments your character's capabilities. There are tons of magic items in the game so you better head off if you want to get a lot of them.  One thing about this game that's quite amazing is of course its Live Quest feature. Live Quests, unlike regular quests are daily quests that are issued by the admin or game master. These things change over time so you won’t have to worry about playing the same quests over and over again. New quests often kills the game's linearity and of course a good reason for players to look forward to something every time they log in.  Clans are pretty similar to Guilds. They're basically a group that lets players gather and talk to one another. Need help? Then perhaps you should consider getting into a clan.
The interface takes up fifty percent of the screen. It mainly displays your stats along with your character and inventory. The mini-map can also be found on the bottom left portion of your screen. There's also a nice window that lets you know what’s happening around you like a status bar of some sort.  You'd probably agree with me if I say that this game looks pretty old. Even if it's the new version of Mercenaries of Astonia, it's still pretty old in this era of gaming. The game's lack of visuals however, doesn't affect the strong power of its gameplay. A role-playing game that caters the awesomeness of its predecessor. With a tiny bit of imagination, I'm sure you'll enjoy this game if you're looking for a place to exercise your role-playing capabilities. Live Quests are really nice and probably something that other quest based games should have. I would definitely consider this game as a role-playing benchmark for old and new games alike. It's a really good game... without a couple of graphical adjustments, this game could probably survive on this new age of gaming. Pros- Live quests
- Nostalgic influence
- A good successor for Mercenaries of Astonia
Cons- Graphics are very poor
- The HUD attracts too much attention
- Lack of sounds

Evolution of MMOs The End of the Line

Other than gameplay matters, other features have also been extended to reach out to a broader line of consumers. New elements like violence and sexual fanservice have been quite successful in luring a wider variety of gamers (awesome). Mature gamers would normally dismiss cutesy characters as childish and would normally not even mind them. This results to the tightly-dressed-overexposed characters that flood our gaming world. It is pretty obvious that cutesy characters no longer appeal to us like before. After seeing countless 'mature-rated' games like Gears of War and Resident Evil, I could say that we are currently living in an age where saving the princess is no longer fun. MMOs of course, refuses to succumb to that benchmark thus giving birth to skimpy violent games like Requiem: Bloodymare. It's safe to say that MMO games are continuing to evolve even as we speak, with more features and themes that are more or less appropriate for our current gaming meta.

。Soon after the successful implementation of this new genre of gaming, non-RPG type MMOs joined the crusade. Massively Multiplayer Online doesn't generally mean Diablo-type RPGs, nor does the word limit them from creating other types of MMOs. Since these games are stereotypically just RPGs with a persistent map, other games like War Rock and Special Forces entered the scene. Once again, Massively Multiplayer Online games managed to push through with yet another genre by mixing the elements of the much enjoyed FPS (First Person Shooter) gameplay with the awesome factor of getting to interact with other players online. A breakthrough? Perhaps. Innovation aside, there are tons of ways for an MMO to evolve. Not to mention the other genres that they can mold into as time progresses. Getting to see something that resembled Counterstrike with MMO features did feel pretty awkward, especially since most of the mandatory features come after leveling up. Although just like any other MMO, the game got me hooked for hours.

。Due to the rate of subscribers, it would seem that MMO games are more popular than ever before.。We can't deny how much MMOs have evolved throughout the years, while trying to cater more features to attract gamers with their own unique gameplay. During the old days, MMOs would use the isometric bird's eye view system, which doesn't help much when trying to explore the game's respective areas. Exploration has always been a treat and has been constantly improved throughout the years.。Things were getting unconventional, and the only thing that kept me alive was my Ragnarok guild. It was kind of funny since we practically enjoyed the repetitive cycle of having to buy potions and wasting them on mindless grinding. Hoping for something to alleviate our ceaseless grinding, we traversed across countless MMOs and eventually found what we were looking for. Being a fan of Pen and Paper RPGs, I was still disappointed at how they managed to exercise this genre. Luckily, some MMOs managed to cease the killing spree by adding quests. Quests basically immerse you deeper into the storyline as you satisfy conditions to unlock more details about the lore. In my opinion, questing is one of the best features the MMO world has to offer, since it literally removes the linearity of grinding without a purpose (It's always nice to know that you're killing things for something other than experience). We don't know for sure what to expect as these games drastically change from one point to another. Will MMOs one day be obsolete? Exactly how far will this genre of gaming reach? Will there be any way to immerse a gamer deeper into the heart of the lore? Only time will tell.。 By Kei Beneza (Dividelife), Onrpg writer。No... The archetype has been made, and these games will continue to move forward.。Entering newly themed areas as the game progresses does remove the odd feeling of linearity, as well as the horrors of visual exhaustion (getting tired of what you see). It was as though I was really living in a different world. A world that lives and breathes just like in real life. Aside from the sudden change of aesthetics, more and more areas like sunken ships and floating areas were featured, giving players more places to explore and more secret areas to discover. It is quite impressive how MMOs managed to take Role Playing Games this far, for what was once a linear set of blocks and leaves have now been issued with diversity (awesome sauce).。This article was originally published in Thirteen1 Gaming Magazine, read the July Issue here!。If you have time, I suggest you watch the dot//hack series. The anime did point out a couple of possibilities on how far these games can improve over time. After seeing today's innovative hardware, the idea of a virtual helmet that takes you to an alternate dimension doesn't seem to be that far off. If ever these benchmarks can be sufficed, then I suppose we're on our way to having the biggest adventure of our lives. Grasping virtual objects while swinging them with your own conscious body would definitely be a breakthrough in MMO history. We've seen FPSes, Tactical shooters, and other genres work for today's multiplayer meta. From the isometric birds-eye-view to the now freeformed viewer, it does seem possible to see these areas with our own eyes. The question is...。Thirteen1 is an independent, online based, professionally made free-to-read games magazine created in East Yorkshire, UK. Each new issue is released on the 13th of every month at 13.00 GMT. Thirteen1 have published 15 issues to date, as well as 2 supplements, covering a wide variety of titles from multiple-platforms.。It's time to kiss our offline games goodbye as most games now cater their own version of online play, and those who cater it as their primary feature are being bombarded with tons of players worldwide.。--。Playing on a PC or console may very well be the most practical way of playing games. If you were to play MMOs on the Nintendo Wii then the chances of you enjoying your games for more than an hour would be close to none, especially when doing dungeons since the Wii's innovative features are exercised through body movement. If you ask me, one raid would probably cause you to sleep for a week due to exhaustion.

。As new games started to surface, more ways of exploration became possible. What was once a fixed camera angle can now be tweaked to fit your desired view-mode, allowing players to build their own relationship with their surroundings. It is much easier to immerse yourself in a game that lets you see the world with your own eyes (not some bird's). The areas became more and more lively as more themed worlds came to life. What was once just castle blocks and forests have finally evolved into a more diverse variety. Whenever I compare my first MMORPG (Ragnarok) with World of Warcraft, I can't help but marvel at how much has changed since then.

House of the Dead Overkill refused class

House of the Dead: Overkill Extended Cut has been refused classification in Australia, despite the promise of a forthcoming R18+ rating. Is killing the living dead too much for Australian adults? The game's Wii version was granted an MA15+ rating when it was considered in May 2008, though it appears Sega's "extended" elements - including two new scenarios - may have tipped it over into "too brutal" territory. When a game is refused classification in Australia it is effectively banned.Keep your eye on this page for news as it emerges. Apple stock drops 5%, wipes billions off

A five percent fall in Apple stock following Steve Jobs's resignation as CEO has wiped more than £10.3 billion off the iPhone maker's market value. Apple's stock market value fell from $348 billion to $330.5 billion in after-hours trading on Wednesday night as investors demonstrated concern over the company's long-term future, the Guardian reports."The short-term selloff of Apple shares immediately after the announcement is driven by fears that Apple will not continue to perform as it has, once Steve Jobs leaves the CEO role," said Ovum chief analyst Jan Dawson. "However, these fears appear relatively unfounded at least in the short-term."Tim Cook, formerly COO and now CEO, has been in day-to-day charge of Apple not only since January, but during two previous periods when Steve Jobs's health prompted extended rmtaces. On all three occasions, Steve Jobs was nevertheless involved in major decisions and continued to set strategy for the company. His new role as chairman suggests this will continue to be the case even if he does not sit at a desk in Cupertino for eight hours every day."Earlier this month, Apple briefly jumped ahead of oil and gas corporation Exxon Mobil to become the world's most valuable company. Pandora Saga - Rise as a Nation

By Bryan King (Bryan), OnRPG JournalistIn ancient times, a Great Empire once dominated the whole world under the rule of one King. The King was granted this power due to his possession of the ancient artifact known as Pandora. He was beloved for his infinite kindness and presided over a long age of peace and harmony. One fateful night, peace was shattered as the night sky was lit ablaze with large balls of fire showering down upon the earth, turning everything they touched into ash. Overnight, the once great empire was reduced to rubble and any trace of Pandora was lost with it.The world suffered many centuries of endless warring since no one nation alone could dominate the other. However, an evil shaman named Brahm signed a contract with the devil and planned to start a war for his own desire to claim Pandora as his own.You will take on the role of one such adventurer on a quest to regain your memories and discover the truth behind Pandora… Upon entering the game, the player has many choices in terms of character customization. Pandora Saga’s first positive is the fact it does not lack in terms of player archetype customization, with players able to choose from one of six classes, four initial archetypes, and one of two racial skills for the race you choose. This gives a player an ideal playstyle from the beginning, so they have an idea where they’re going to end up in terms of gameplay down the road. The races include Humans, Elves, Myrine, Enkidu, Lapin, and Dwarves. The inclusion of 6 races made this game stand out from most MMOs that usually feature maybe 2-3 races. Although we’ve seen Humans, Elves, and Dwarves before, the Myrine, Enkidu (pictured above), and Lapin all feel especially unique in racial skills and in physical appearance. If you’re looking for a game where your appearance is very unique from many games you’ve seen before, Pandora Saga excels in the variability of character races. Pandora Saga’s main gameplay quests aren’t anything too extraordinary. The game begins with an introduction to many (almost too many) of the game’s basic features, giving you a guided tour of the first ten levels of the game. A welcome feature behind this introduction was that it was all somewhat cinematic, with the game using interactive cut scenes for the player to get a feel for the game.Combat in Pandora Saga is actually quite tactical. As an assassin, I noticed bonuses for being behind and to the side of an enemy, and my cool downs were long enough for me to utilize certain skills instead of others, fearing that I would end up breaking a nice damage combo if I messed up. Using your manual auto-attack is kind of like a frontal cone AoE, with the length of your weapon extending past a single target to other targets that are very close to your weapon’s reach. When I was in a party, I noticed many tanks utilizing this to their advantage and being able to aggro multiple targets in order for us to get quest objectives done quickly.Pandora Saga uses an “abilities” system along with the timeless stats system. With abilities, players can spend and earn points in specific abilities to make their player stronger. For example, melee characters can upgrade their proficiency in Slashing, Thrusting, Cleaving, Bashing, and Defending, thus, increasing the skill parallel to that ability’s function. This adds another somewhat tactical element to character grormtwallowing players to fine tune their character’s functions. At level 20, players can choose one of two subclasses for their archetype, and at level 45, you can choose another from one of another two based on your 2nd job choice. This class selection is very well implemented, as many F2P games suffer from a lack of job choices. Allowing two second job choices and four third job choices for each class allows for a great deal of variety for players to enjoy. The only problem that lurks behind this is the fact that Pandora Saga’s leveling is simply bland and uninspired. Kill this, kill that, talk to this NPC, and talk to that. Yes, this is the case for many MMOs these days, but paired with the game’s dated graphics (we’ll get to that later) and emphasis on low EXP rates, it’s no wonder why many people are turned off by the game.In terms of gameplay, Pandora Saga has much variation in character play style, and the combat has some highlights, however, in comparison to the barrage of action MMOs becoming available on the market, the lasting appeal simply isn’t there for the game.Pandora Saga’s main selling point is the RvR. At any time in the game, players can choose from one of three nations: The Kingdom of St. Pfelstein, the Latugan Empire, or the Varik Confederation. Players are able to sign up for a daily war, and the game uses an objective based RvR map that awards players points, honor, and other currencies in order to tally up a total and award bonuses to the winning nation such as Drop Bonuses, PvP Point Bonuses, and EXP Bonuses. This system is actually pretty unique and fun, as players can earn ranks and gain different reputation bonuses with NPCs, as well as rare capes and other various items to show off to the community. This is a great addition to the game, and the massive battlefields are a great way for PvP-warmongers like myself to show what they’ve got. Sadly, the population of the game isn’t quite capable of filling the wars to capacity, but it’s still full of potential, especially with a population boost.Pandora Saga’s weakest point lies in the antiquated graphics that it has. Originally developed by RossoIndex years ago, Pandora Saga is still stuck in the past in the graphics department. The textures seem bland, character designs are not up to par by today’s standards, and skill effects seem moot. The only upside to this seems to be the fact that it can run on virtually any computer, but gamers who are interested in graphics won’t be wowed here.Pandora Saga is a game for players who put gameplay over any polish or graphics, for sure. The game has many features that are hard to find, yet lacks overall polish that would make the game absolutely fantastic in another world. However, if you’re one for massive scale RvR, give this game a try and you won’t be disappointed. If you’re looking for a groundbreaking modern MMO with graphics that will blow you away, don’t look here.Gameplay – 4/5 Graphics – 2/5 Customization – 4/5

Little King's Story gets PlayStation Vita

Marvelous Entertainment is making a Little King's Story sequel for Sony's PlayStation Vita. That's according to Japanese gaming bible Famitsu (via Andriasang), which says the follow-up is titled 'The King, The Demon King and the Seven Princesses: New King Story.' We're guessing they won't be using the literal translation if itrmt a western release.Details are scant, but the game's said to have a new visual style, a 'love' dynamic and it will be published by Konami instead of Rising Star Games. The original Little King's Story didn't make as big a splash as it deserved. We reckon it's one of the top Wii games and hope the sequel lives up to it. Tamoor Hussain
